Kirby, the shift toward autonomous execution allows operators to scale their portfolios with greater speed and precision than legacy systems permit.
Chief Product Officer Jimmy Lancaster noted that the goal is to transition from static software to intelligent ecosystems that adapt to renter behavior in real time. The platform handles document generation—including leases and addendums—immediately following screening approval.
