This partnership targets the labor-intensive cycle of eligibility checks and claim status updates, aiming to replace manual processes with real-time automated intelligence.

The integration allows users to perform real-time insurance and eligibility checks without exiting the Artiva HCx environment. By automating insurance discovery, the system identifies unknown or secondary coverage, ensuring claims reach the correct payer faster. This shift is designed to prevent claim rejections by keeping payer information current and triggering automated eligibility refreshes during routine account follow-ups.

Jamie Fernandes, Chief Product Officer at Finvi, noted that unifying these tools addresses the fragmentation that has long slowed down revenue cycles. Christopher Hart, CEO of Office Ally, added that the collaboration removes the need for providers to navigate disconnected systems, allowing for greater financial clarity. The integration is now available to all Artiva HCx customers, marking a push toward a more automated and resilient revenue management model.
