According to Kenichi Matsuura, an expert in Advanced Engineering at Mitsubishi Fuso, the cloud platform is a critical component of the firm's broader digital transformation. The system uses IP Sync to align internal records with external annuity and renewal providers, effectively centralizing functions that were previously fragmented.
Clarivate will provide local support from its Japan-based teams to oversee the phased deployment.
