Hozpitality Group Honors Industry Leaders at Middle East Awards

Five young chefs faced off in a live culinary finale at the Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek, anchoring a night that saw Hozpitality Group celebrate the region’s top talent across its 9th annual Chef Excellence Awards, the 4th F&B Excellence Awards, and the latest edition of the industry Powerlist.

The gathering drew a diverse crowd of culinary experts, hospitality executives, and suppliers to recognize those driving innovation and guest satisfaction across the Middle East. Beyond the standard awards, the evening highlighted the future of the kitchen through the Young Chef of the Year competition. Sahil Sabir Shaikh of Emirates Flight Catering took home the Gold, while Amrit Maharjan from the Dubai World Trade Center secured Silver, following a rigorous selection process supported by the Emirates Culinary Guild and ICCA Dubai.

Raj Bhatt, Founder and CEO of Hozpitality Group, emphasized that the event serves to spotlight the professionals who operate behind the scenes. The Powerlists specifically honored those demonstrating sustained leadership and mentorship, reinforcing the importance of development within the sector.
