San Francisco-based infrastructure platform Subotiz is moving beyond traditional dashboards by introducing a suite of AI agents and an MCP server designed to manage global subscription commerce through natural language, aiming to slash the time between product development and revenue generation for lean digital enterprises.
The digital economy faces a persistent friction point where rapid product iteration meets the slow, manual reality of payment configuration and API management. Subotiz seeks to collapse these silos by replacing fragmented workflows with intent-driven execution. The new AI Agent Suite features five specialized tools—Collect, Onboard, Merchant, Data, and Email—that handle everything from localized payment setups and pricing adjustments to proactive churn analysis and transactional HTML editing.Beyond the dashboard, the Subotiz MCP Server brings this functionality directly into developer environments like Cursor, VS Code, and Claude Desktop. By leveraging the open-source Model Context Protocol, engineers can query customer profiles, audit webhooks, or inspect refund histories using simple commands. Ryan Yang, Solution Director at Subotiz, noted that the technology shifts the burden from manual configuration to automated operational reality. The impact is already visible: one digital content provider recently validated its entire subscription pipeline in just three days without writing custom code. This infrastructure is now available globally, offering a bridge for companies struggling to align their monetization speed with the rapid pace of the generative AI era.
