JinkoSolar Declares Dividend of $1.50 Per ADS

JinkoSolar Holding Co. is returning approximately $78.5 million to its investors, as the company’s board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.375 per ordinary share. The payout, which translates to $1.50 per American Depositary Share, marks a shift in corporate strategy toward delivering direct shareholder value.

Shareholders of record at the close of trading on June 22, 2026, will qualify for the distribution. The company expects to process the payments on or around July 9, 2026. For holders of American Depositary Shares, the final amount received through the depositary bank will be adjusted to account for standard fees and expenses associated with the deposit agreement.

Chairman and CEO Xiande Li framed the dividend as a signal of confidence in the firm’s long-term trajectory. He noted that the company is pivoting its focus from volume-based price competition toward a model prioritized by reliability and integrated solar-plus-storage solutions. JinkoSolar, which maintains a sprawling manufacturing and sales presence across more than 20 countries, currently operates over 10 production facilities globally to support its utility, commercial, and residential customer base.
