The competition remains free to enter across multiple categories. Entrants are encouraged to provide comprehensive details regarding their initiatives, as the depth of information submitted heavily influences the evaluation process. Only projects finalized or substantially completed within the previous 12 months qualify for consideration.
An independent judging panel featuring industry leaders from Walmart, Warner Bros. Discovery, Boots, JD Sports, and Holland & Barrett will review the entries. Shortlisted candidates will be announced on October 6, following the October 2 submission deadline. Successful nominees will be invited to a formal event at The HAC, which includes a drinks reception and a three-course dinner. Beyond the ceremony, winners and highly commended companies receive extensive coverage across the publication's digital platforms and printed magazine.
