Retail analyst Ben Miller joins 2026 RTIH Innovation Awards jury

Retail analyst and commentator Ben Miller has joined the judging panel for the 2026 RTIH Innovation Awards. Known for his work in retailer strategy and global insights, Miller brings nearly three decades of industry experience to the competition, which recognizes technological advancements in the omnichannel sector.

Miller’s career includes a tenure as global Vice President at Shoptalk and leadership roles at IGD, where he managed consultancy and events teams. His background covers a broad spectrum of grocery and commercial strategy, bridging the gap between brand owners and technology providers. He joins a diverse panel of judges that includes representatives from major industry players such as Walmart, JD Sports, Boots, and Warner Bros. Discovery.

The awards program, now open for entries until October 2, seeks to highlight global innovation across the retail landscape. The winning entries will be revealed during a ceremony at The HAC in Central London on November 4. Submissions are open to international companies, with no entry fee required for participation. Projects eligible for consideration must have been substantially completed within the last 12 months.
