With the January 2027 deadline for the national e-invoicing mandate approaching, Dubai-based Daribatech has secured pre-approved status as an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) from the UAE Ministry of Finance. This authorization allows the firm to assist businesses in navigating the transition to mandatory structured XML invoice reporting.

The UAE government requires all B2B and B2G transactions to move to the PINT-AE standard via authorized intermediaries. Large enterprises generating annual revenues of AED 50 million or more face a hard deadline of October 31, 2026, to appoint an accredited provider. Failure to meet these requirements carries a monthly penalty of up to AED 5,000 per legal entity.

Daribatech’s infrastructure, powered by its RTC Suite and Dariba Control Studio, enables clients to integrate directly with the EmaraTax portal. According to CEO Jay Riche, the platform is designed to handle data validation, digital signatures, and secure transmission across the Peppol network while ensuring compliance with local data residency laws. The company is currently advising organizations to begin sandbox testing and ERP mapping immediately to avoid implementation bottlenecks before the transition period concludes.
