The shortlist highlights firms tackling distinct barriers to accessibility and inclusivity within the global retail sector. Hockerty is being recognized for its data-driven approach to made-to-measure fashion, which specifically addresses the needs of larger-bodied customers through optimized body profiling and try-on technology. By analyzing customer metrics, the firm has moved beyond standard size charts to provide a more tailored experience.
Nūl, an agentic AI platform, earned its spot by helping mission-driven retailers manage complex, sustainable supply chains. Its work with Singapore-based Our Barehands demonstrates how human-centered AI can streamline production for brands working with artisanal and displaced communities, effectively reducing inventory waste. Meanwhile, Sticky is noted for its no-code platform that transforms stadium hospitality. Following a deployment at Manchester United, the company implemented large-format QR codes and cognitive-load-reducing interfaces, creating a more accessible environment for wheelchair users and neurodivergent guests.
The winners will be unveiled on November 4 at The HAC in Central London, during a ceremony hosted by comedian and presenter Aurie Styla.
