Wilson brings decades of experience to the boutique search firm, having previously served as Managing Director and Regional President at 20/20 Foresight Talent Solutions. Her background includes advising private equity firms, REITs, and family offices on senior-level talent acquisition. According to Schumer, Wilson’s transition from high-level financial roles to executive search provides her with a unique understanding of the leadership hurdles facing the firm's clients.
Her career path includes senior positions at First USA Bank, Bank One, and Lehman Brothers, followed by the founding of her own consultancy. An alumna of the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, Wilson also holds a degree from Stony Brook University. She will now focus on building leadership teams for domestic and international clients, emphasizing the cultural alignment required for long-term executive success at Calibre One.
