Kelly Bissell Joins Inspira Enterprise as Chief Strategy Advisor

Bissell brings over three decades of industry experience to the Dallas-based company, having previously served as a CISO for a global bank and in top-tier technology leadership roles. His mandate includes guiding Inspira’s global growth strategy and refining the firm’s approach to helping clients maintain business resilience while integrating artificial intelligence. According to Vishal Jain, Joint Managing Director at Inspira, Bissell’s background in scaling technology businesses is expected to deepen the company's influence in both the U.S. and international markets.

For his part, Bissell emphasized the shift toward "AI-first" security teams capable of proactive defense. His move comes as organizations struggle to align rapid digital transformation with the necessity of robust data governance. With a professional history that includes presenting to numerous corporate boards and contributing to major financial and technical publications, Bissell is positioned to act as a primary architect for Inspira’s next phase of market expansion.
