Opened in 2023 on Montreal’s North Shore, the industrial freezer complex spans over nine million cubic feet and serves as a flagship for the company's modern infrastructure. The facility has maintained a BRCGS AA rating for three consecutive years, recording zero non-conformities during its 2024 and 2026 audits. This performance relies on high-efficiency thermal design, CO2 refrigeration, and a culture of accountability shared across the company’s operations, maintenance, and quality assurance teams.

Beyond safety metrics, the site incorporates energy-conscious technologies including lithium smart batteries, energy-regeneration systems, and high-insulation materials. CEO Nicholas-P.
