The facility features a custom mural paying homage to Lexington's horse racing heritage and serves as a hub for the city's south side. With Kentucky’s active medical cannabis cardholder count reaching 27,589 as of late September, the store aims to capture patients commuting from Fayette, Jessamine, and Woodford counties. The inventory includes flower, edibles, concentrates, and Rick Simpson Oil sourced from state-licensed cultivators.
Recognizing that the certification process remains a primary barrier for many, the company hosts weekly patient drives on Mondays and Thursdays. These sessions provide on-site access to independent practitioners and notary services to assist with state applications. A formal grand opening celebration is scheduled for November 19, featuring a ribbon-cutting ceremony and additional vendor pop-ups. The Lexington location follows the company’s earlier 2026 launches in London and Wilder, with plans to expand into Shelbyville by the end of the year.
