Becky Frankiewicz Named CEO of ManpowerGroup in Leadership Shakeup

After twelve years at the helm, Jonas Prising will step down as CEO of ManpowerGroup on January 1, 2027. The company board has tapped current President and Chief Strategy Officer Becky Frankiewicz to succeed him, marking the fifth leadership transition in the staffing giant’s nearly eight-decade history.

Frankiewicz, who joined the organization in 2017, will move into the chief executive role and join the Board of Directors at the start of 2027. Prising, who has served as CEO since 2014, is slated to transition into the position of Executive Chair. The shift is the result of a long-term succession plan intended to maintain stability while the firm pivots toward increased automation. During her tenure as Chief Strategy Officer, Frankiewicz spearheaded the integration of agentic AI across the company’s core brands: Manpower, Experis, and Talent Solutions.

Julie Howard, the Board’s lead director, credited Prising with transforming the business into a more digital and resilient entity. Frankiewicz plans to lean into this momentum, emphasizing a "Human First, Digital Always" strategy to guide clients through shifting labor markets. Before her time at ManpowerGroup, Frankiewicz held leadership roles at Quaker Foods and gained early experience at Deloitte and Procter & Gamble.
