YYForce Debuts Yolara AI Platform to Automate Frontline Staffing

Singapore-based YYForce has launched Yolara AI, a workforce intelligence platform designed to replace manual staffing coordination with automated matching and conversational voice agents. By integrating algorithmic scheduling and geofenced attendance tracking, the company aims to streamline operations across hospitality, retail, and logistics sectors within its existing regional network.

The platform functions as a centralized engine for enterprise clients, connecting demand for labor with worker availability through a digital talent graph. Core capabilities include multi-factor matching that evaluates credentials and shift history, alongside automated scheduling workflows. For frontline managers, the system offers a conversational voice agent currently undergoing phased deployment. This tool processes natural-language requests—such as staffing a banquet team at specific hours—to generate structured digital assignments, effectively removing the traditional friction associated with shift management.

YYForce CEO Mike Fu noted that the platform targets the historical inefficiencies of fragmented communication and slow fulfillment cycles in service industries. While the core web and mobile interfaces are available now, the company is treating the voice-activated features as a testing ground to refine usability before a wider regional rollout. Future updates to the roadmap include predictive demand forecasting and advanced agentic workflows. These services build upon the company’s established footprint of over 100,000 verified workers and 500 partner locations, positioning Yolara AI as a key component in YYForce’s broader strategy to integrate intelligent software into physical facility management.
