The integration allows NinjaTrader’s 4.5 million users to trade the B500 and B100 indexes using the ticker symbols TBX and TBQ, respectively. These instruments, designed specifically for retail participants, trade exclusively on the MIAX Futures exchange. The move is intended to simplify exposure to large-cap U.S. equities while lowering the barrier to entry through free market data and reduced capital requirements.
Thomas P. Gallagher, Chairman and CEO of MIAX, emphasized that the collaboration addresses the needs of the fastest-growing segment in U.S. futures. Martin Franchi, CEO of NinjaTrader Group, noted that the addition provides active traders with new tools to manage market exposure more effectively. Following this launch, MIAX plans to introduce cash options for both indexes on its MIAX Options exchange, with additional retail brokers expected to support the products by the end of the fourth quarter of 2026.
