The event runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the 53 Inman Avenue grounds in Colonia. Attendees can tour the existing Chapel Mausoleum of the Resurrection and preview plans for the Open-Air Mausoleum of the Holy Family, which is currently under construction. This new addition features granite facades, liturgical mosaics by Alexander Studios, and a glass skylight design intended to provide a bright, meditative space for families.
Joseph Heckel, Executive Director of Catholic Cemeteries of the Archdiocese of Newark, noted that reserving space during the construction phase allows families to lock in current pricing before anticipated increases. The 0% financing offer remains available exclusively for arrangements made during the two-day event. Memorial Planning Advisors will be on-site to provide guidance without requiring appointments or prior obligations.
