Adam Holloway joins IDX as Chief Creative Officer

Adam Holloway, a veteran of corporate communications agency Emperor, will join IDX in early November as Chief Creative Officer. His mandate covers the agency's creative strategy across the U.K., U.S., and India, aiming to integrate creative thinking into the earliest stages of client engagement and strategic development.

Holloway brings 11 years of experience from Emperor, where he previously served as Chief Creative Officer, to his new role at IDX. At his new firm, he will oversee content, film, digital, and brand offerings, with a specific focus on simplifying complex corporate narratives for global clients. This appointment is part of a broader executive expansion at IDX, following the recent hires of Clare Donald as Chief Production Officer and Danny Russell as Chief Customer Officer.

Worldwide CEO Crispin Beale described the hire as a move to prioritize creativity at the start of strategic conversations rather than at the end of a project. The agency, which currently serves over 1,600 clients, is leveraging this leadership shift to support its international expansion and meet rising demand for integrated performance marketing and stakeholder engagement services.
