Investors Face November Deadline in Tigo Energy Securities Lawsuit

Investors who purchased Tigo Energy, Inc. securities between February 24 and August 4, 2026, face a November 23 deadline to file for lead plaintiff status. The Rosen Law Firm is spearheading the class action litigation, alleging that the company issued misleading revenue projections regarding its EG4 partnership.

The lawsuit centers on claims that Tigo Energy’s financial guidance lacked a reasonable basis during the specified period. Plaintiffs allege that the company’s revenue projections relied heavily on a partnership with EG4, despite the fact that the venture would not generate material income until the fourth quarter of 2026 at the earliest. When these details surfaced, investors reportedly sustained financial losses.

Under the proposed class action, shareholders may seek compensation for damages without incurring out-of-pocket legal fees. While a lawsuit has been filed, no class has been certified yet. Investors retain the right to select their own counsel, remain as absent class members, or move the court to serve as lead plaintiff. Serving as a lead representative does not alter an investor's ability to participate in any potential future recovery, but it does allow for a more direct role in the litigation process.
