Most loyalty programs currently rely on static dashboards and manual data requests, a process that frequently leaves teams waiting days for answers while the opportunity to act on customer behavior slips away. By leveraging the open-standard Model Context Protocol, TrueLoyal brings programmatic data directly into the workflow of tools teams already use. This integration allows program owners to ask specific questions—ranging from membership growth and referral performance to complex RFM (recency, frequency, monetary) segmentation and points liability—and receive immediate, data-backed responses within their AI interface.
Jacek Materna, CEO of TrueLoyal, notes that static reporting often fails to keep pace with the dynamic needs of loyalty management. The platform aims to move beyond simple data retrieval, with a roadmap that eventually allows AI assistants to execute program operations autonomously. For now, the beta focuses on read-only access to ensure data integrity and security, requiring brands to opt-in and adhere to existing account permissions. The feature is currently available to select Rewards customers, with a wider release planned for later this year.
