SAGA Metals Finalizes Drill Data for Labrador Titanium-Vanadium Project

SAGA Metals has completed its extensive 22,432-metre drilling campaign at the Trapper Zone, part of its Radar project in Labrador. With final assay results from 85 holes now secured, the company has transferred its validated geological database to GeoGlobal LLC to initiate an independent maiden mineral resource estimate.

The drilling program, which spanned less than ten months, confirmed oxide mineralization across every hole in the Trapper North, Transition, and South zones. Recent intercepts from the final five holes included significant results such as 188.9 metres grading 39.54% Fe2O3, 5.94% TiO2, and 0.285% V2O5 in hole R-0092. These findings reinforce the continuity of the 29-square-kilometre oxide-bearing lopolith that defines the property.

GeoGlobal LLC is now tasked with developing the NI 43-101 compliant technical report, expected for release in the fourth quarter of 2026. The evaluation process involves rigorous validation of the 13,789-sample database, structural interpretations of fold geometry, and density assessments. This maiden resource estimate marks a shift for SAGA from pure exploration toward potential development, supported by the project’s proximity to established infrastructure, including road access and the deep-water port at Cartwright.
