Humanly Acquires CareerArc to Automate High-Volume Recruitment

Bellevue-based AI recruitment platform Humanly has acquired CareerArc, a move designed to bridge the gap between initial candidate outreach and final hiring. By integrating CareerArc’s social recruitment and marketing tools with its own AI-driven screening and interview systems, Humanly aims to create a continuous, frictionless pipeline for organizations hiring at scale.

For companies managing high-volume staffing, the hiring process has traditionally been a fragmented assembly of disparate tools, from external job boards to manual application processing. This acquisition seeks to unify the entire candidate lifecycle, allowing employers to engage prospects from the moment they first encounter a brand through to their first shift.

Prem Kumar, CEO and co-founder of Humanly, emphasized that the industry has historically focused on individual steps rather than the complete journey. By bringing CareerArc’s expertise in reaching and converting talent into the Humanly ecosystem, the company intends to reduce the friction that often leads to drop-offs. Jason Leath, VP of Talent Acquisition at World Flight Services—a client already utilizing both platforms—noted that the synergy between CareerArc’s attraction capabilities and Humanly’s automated engagement provides a cohesive solution for large-scale operational needs.
