JCtrans showcased its suite of digital services, emphasizing the recently launched Data Compass. Introduced in September 2026, this tool aggregates performance metrics to help members monitor platform activity and refine their international business strategies. By integrating verification and transaction support, the company aims to reduce the friction often associated with cross-border logistics.
During the event, CEO Jacy Qiu facilitated discussions on the necessity of balancing technological adoption with industry expertise. He argued that while digital infrastructure improves decision-making, the core of logistics remains rooted in professional judgment and reliable partnerships. To support this, JCtrans held targeted exchanges with national associations, including Italy’s FEDESPEDI, the UK’s BIFA, and Ethiopia’s EFFSAA.
These dialogues underscore a shift toward more interconnected freight networks. By aligning its platform capabilities with the needs of diverse regional associations, the company is positioning its services as a bridge for forwarders looking to enter new markets while mitigating financial and operational risks.
