Ardelyx Faces Class Action Over Alleged Misleading Statements

Investors who purchased Ardelyx Inc. shares between January 13, 2025, and August 6, 2026, are facing a legal deadline as a class action lawsuit moves forward. The DJS Law Group is organizing claims against the NASDAQ-listed firm, alleging violations of the Securities Exchange Act regarding the company's public disclosures.

The complaint centers on claims that Ardelyx provided false and misleading information to the market throughout the 19-month class period. Plaintiffs allege the company concealed operational struggles, specifically citing significant delays in new patient starts and prescription fulfillment for its key products, XPHOZAH and IBSRELA. These omissions reportedly distorted the company’s financial health and stock performance during the specified window.

Shareholders seeking to participate in the litigation or pursue lead plaintiff status must act by November 16, 2026. While the DJS Law Group is soliciting clients to join the action, the firm notes that appointment as a lead plaintiff is not a prerequisite for individual investors to potentially share in a recovery. The case, filed in New York, targets alleged breaches of federal securities laws, specifically §§10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
