The v1.0 release functions as a semantic layer, allowing AI systems to navigate complex property relationships without requiring customers to manually build their own data models. According to CEO Rob Barber, the initiative leverages decades of curated historical data to provide the contextual framework necessary for modern AI agents to perform tasks with greater precision.
Chief Product and Technology Officer Todd Teta noted that the tool is designed to evolve alongside customer needs. By pre-defining data logic, ATTOM aims to reduce the technical burden on organizations, enabling them to query large-scale property datasets using natural language. The company maintains a repository covering over 160 million U.S. properties, with plans to refine these semantic models as new real estate use cases emerge.
