Roberson will headline the United Country annual conference in Orlando on October 14 before heading to the Fort Worth Stockyards for the Keller Williams Land Summit, running October 21-23. These gatherings focus on brokerage strategies, with Roberson specifically demonstrating his platform's new AI Insights feature. This tool synthesizes complex parcel data into shareable reports, intended to help agents answer client questions instantly rather than waiting on manual research.
Beyond data analysis, the presentations will feature Land id for CarPlay. This mobile integration brings mapping and property boundary navigation directly into the vehicle, a move designed for brokers who spend their days traveling between remote sites. Since founding Land id in 2014, Roberson has overseen the growth of a platform now used by over 50,000 professionals to generate more than three million maps. He argues that the speed at which agents can now turn raw terrain and boundary information into actionable client advice marks a significant shift in the property brokerage landscape.
