Voya Financial Taps UnqorkAI to Automate Retirement Workflows

Voya, which serves more than 18 million customer relationships, has utilized Unqork’s development platform since 2019 to replace legacy systems with more agile, automated processes. By integrating UnqorkAI, the company aims to move customers from financial guidance to direct action more efficiently. The platform is designed to allow large-scale organizations in regulated sectors to build and manage AI-generated applications at a lower total cost of ownership.
