Na Mei Named Acting CEO of Yiren Digital

Mei returns to the company after previously serving as Chief Financial Officer from September 2020 through August 2024. Her background includes over a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she specialized in auditing, taxation, and internal controls for publicly traded firms. She holds a bachelor's degree from the Capital University of Economics and Business and maintains certification as a public accountant.

The board of directors selected Mei to ensure continuity following the departure of the previous CEO. In her new capacity, she will manage daily operations while working alongside the existing executive team to oversee Yiren Digital’s ongoing expansion into AI-driven services, including its Zhiyu large language model and the MagiCube Agent platform.
