The company’s clinical program, spearheaded by the drug sac-TMT (SKB264), remains a focal point for international oncology researchers. At the congress scheduled for October 23–27, Kelun-Biotech will showcase results from the Phase III OptiTROP-Lung04 and OptiTROP-Lung06 studies. These presentations will detail the efficacy of sac-TMT in both EGFR-mutated and PD-L1 negative non-small cell lung cancer. Furthermore, the global Phase III TroFuse-005 trial, led by MSD, has secured a spot in the ESMO Presidential Symposium, underscoring the potential impact of the drug on advanced endometrial cancer care.
Beyond lung and gynecological indications, the company will present initial Phase I results for SKB500, a novel B7-H3-targeted antibody-drug conjugate currently under investigation for extensive-stage small cell lung cancer. This portfolio expansion highlights Kelun-Biotech’s reliance on its proprietary OptiDC platform, which facilitates precise payload delivery to tumor cells. With sac-TMT already holding four marketing approvals in China and extensive global trials ongoing through a partnership with MSD, the upcoming data releases are expected to further define the competitive landscape for TROP2-directed therapies.
