XTI Aerospace Clears Internal Review, Targets October Filing

XTI Aerospace has concluded an internal review launched in July, confirming no financial misstatements were discovered during the process. The Dallas-based firm, which manages the Drone Nerds platform, now expects to submit its delayed quarterly report on Form 10-Q by October 26, 2026.

Interim CEO Jeremy Schneiderman stated that the company is shifting its focus toward strengthening corporate governance procedures to meet higher compliance standards. A special committee of independent directors, supported by outside counsel, oversaw the assessment to ensure transparency for shareholders and partners. The board is currently evaluating further policy enhancements to stabilize the company's internal framework.

Alongside the review update, XTI Aerospace released preliminary figures for the second quarter, estimating revenue at $32.4 million with a gross profit of $5.6 million. The company reported an operating loss of approximately $9.1 million for the same period. These figures remain unaudited and subject to final closing procedures. Simultaneously, the company has officially withdrawn its 2026 financial guidance, noting that a comprehensive update will be provided at a later date.
