Jack Morton Rebrands Following Impact XM Merger

Months after absorbing Impact XM, global agency Jack Morton is shedding its old identity for a new mandate titled "Experience Without Limits." The shift arrives as the firm attempts to unify its expanded production and strategy departments into a single, cohesive engine for high-scale experiential marketing.

CEO Jared Pollacco describes the move as a structural necessity rather than a superficial design update. By merging the two firms, the agency now commands a workforce of over 1,000 employees across 20 global offices. The consolidation aims to streamline services that range from digital storytelling and technical fabrication to data-driven performance measurement. The firm currently services one-third of the world's top life sciences brands and half of the top 20 technology companies.

To signal this integration, the agency has overhauled its iconic three-face logo, interlocking the forms into a singular mark to represent a continuous loop of engagement. The rollout avoids traditional press-release aesthetics, opting instead for a series of interactive digital and physical touchpoints for clients. According to Erik McKinney, head of creative for North America, the intention is to demonstrate the agency's capabilities by treating the rebrand itself as a live experiential project rather than a static announcement.
