NTT DATA Debuts Elevate Framework to Automate SAP Transformations

The Elevate initiative integrates the company’s internal NTT DATA aXet platform with Natuvion’s data transformation capabilities and SAP’s Agent-Led Toolchain. By embedding intelligent agents directly into the delivery lifecycle, the framework aims to standardize repetitive tasks—such as migration readiness, testing, and clean-core adoption—while maintaining human oversight. According to Norbert Rotter, CEO of NTT DATA Business Solutions, the shift reflects a broader evolution where every enterprise transformation is becoming inherently AI-driven.

Beyond service delivery, the company is retooling its software portfolio to become AI-native. New tools like the master data management platform GLASSWING and the document processing solution MAKIRA utilize generative AI to automate workflows and enhance data governance. These technologies are supported by a company-wide enablement program, ensuring that consultants are equipped to collaborate with AI systems effectively. Recent implementations, including automated supplier confirmation for Lemvigh-Müller and workflow orchestration for zeb, demonstrate the framework’s capacity to improve operational accuracy across diverse industries.
