SciBase Registers Rights Issue as BTA Conversion Approaches

The registration confirms the issuance of 3,834,487 new shares. Following this and a separate directed set-off issue of 60,000 shares to a guarantor, the company’s total share count has reached 14,119,787, with share capital now standing at SEK 70,598,935. Investors holding paid subscribed shares, known as BTA, will see these converted automatically without requiring further action from their side.

Trading of BTA on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market will conclude on Friday, 16 October 2026. The record date for the conversion is set for 20 October 2026, with the newly converted shares expected to appear in investor securities accounts by 22 October 2026. Nominee-registered holders will receive updates on the process through their respective financial institutions.
