The presentation marks a pivotal shift for the Cape Canaveral-based firm as it moves beyond its roots in precision manufacturing. Executives intend to showcase the Fortis VPX digital mission computing platform and the orbit-agnostic LizzieSat satellite system, both central to the company’s push into AI-enabling edge computing for intelligence and defense sectors. This strategy aims to diversify revenue streams across satellite operations and software-defined technologies.
Sidus is currently prioritizing capital allocation toward scaling manufacturing capacity and accelerating next-generation satellite production. According to CEO Carol Craig, the company has built its operational foundation in layers—moving from hardware manufacturing to proprietary satellite systems—and is now focused on converting those capabilities into recurring revenue. Beyond the scheduled presentation, the company will host a series of one-on-one meetings with accredited investors to discuss the infrastructure required to support larger-scale customer programs.
