He most recently served as Group President at Harris Computer, a division of Constellation Software, where he oversaw the growth of vertical market software providers. His previous executive experience includes leading roles at Marsh’s U.S. Consumer business, CNA Insurance, and UnitedHealthcare.
Diversis Capital, the private equity firm backing ServicePower, selected McGinnis for his specific blend of operational expertise and industry knowledge. Under his direction, the company aims to scale its integrated platform, which currently handles contractor compliance and Vision AI tools for sectors ranging from telecommunications to home appliance manufacturing. McGinnis plans to focus on deepening existing customer partnerships while accelerating the company’s product innovation cycle.
