Rob McGinnis Named CEO of ServicePower

McGinnis arrives with over 30 years of experience across the software, insurance, and healthcare sectors. His most recent tenure was as Group President at Harris Computer, a division of Constellation Software, where he focused on scaling vertical market software companies. His resume also includes leadership roles at Marsh’s U.S. Consumer business, CNA Insurance, and UnitedHealthcare, providing him with deep insight into the industries that rely on ServicePower’s field management tools.

Ron Nayot, Managing Partner at Diversis Capital, pointed to this specific industry expertise as the primary driver for the appointment. Under the new leadership, the company plans to double down on its integrated platform, which combines contractor compliance with its proprietary Vision AI technology. McGinnis intends to focus on deepening existing client partnerships while accelerating innovation across the firm’s core offerings in utility, telecommunications, and insurance services.
