Investors Face November Deadline in Beta Bionics Securities Lawsuit

Investors who purchased Beta Bionics, Inc. common stock between July 30, 2025, and February 24, 2026, face a November 3, 2026, deadline to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a pending class action lawsuit. The lawsuit alleges that Beta Bionics issued materially false statements concerning its automated insulin delivery device.
