Kristine Roberts Named Next President and COO of Baker Donelson

A shareholder based in the Memphis office, Roberts currently chairs the firm's Financial Services Department and previously served on the board of directors. Her practice focuses on defending banking and financial institutions in complex litigation, including class actions and securities disputes. Chairman and CEO Timothy M. Lupinacci praised her operational mindset and ability to lead through the shifting dynamics of the modern legal marketplace.

Roberts, a Princeton and Harvard Law School graduate, has earned multiple accolades throughout her career, including recognition as a "Lawyer of the Year" by Best Lawyers. Her internal track record at Baker Donelson includes honors for leadership, mentorship, and contributions to diversity. As she prepares for the May transition, Roberts noted her intention to work closely with Keller to maintain the firm's current momentum.
