MAAP adopts Bamboo Rose AI platform to streamline global operations

Cycling apparel brand MAAP is overhauling its product development infrastructure by implementing the Bamboo Rose TotalPLM platform. The move aims to replace fragmented workflows and manual spreadsheet tracking with a unified, AI-native system designed to support the company’s ongoing international expansion and accelerate time-to-market.

As MAAP scaled its global footprint, the complexity of managing product lifecycles became a bottleneck. Previously, a single design adjustment required updates across three separate software platforms and numerous spreadsheets, a process that hindered team collaboration and obscured real-time visibility. By centralizing planning, design, sourcing, and order management, the brand intends to establish a single source of truth from initial concept to final production.

Erin Height, Chief Product Officer at MAAP, noted that the transition provides the automation and accuracy necessary for the brand’s next growth phase, allowing internal teams to redirect their focus toward product innovation. Bamboo Rose CEO Matt Stevens emphasized that the platform is intended to eliminate the reliance on disconnected systems, providing a scalable foundation that enables teams to operate with greater speed and confidence.
