The system, recognized in the Applied AI category, integrates physics-based equipment models with machine learning to analyze real-time data across cooling, IT loads, and power generation. By automating monitoring and response protocols, the technology offers targeted operational cost savings of 5% to 25%. Prime Group has already adopted the platform for a nationwide deployment of edge data centers.
Beyond its efficiency gains, the software prioritizes safety and human oversight. In March 2026, it became one of the first AI-enabled products to earn certification under UL 3115, the industry standard for AI-based product safety. Dr. Youngchoon Park, CEO of TransGrid Energy, noted that the system allows operators to manage entire fleets from a single intelligent interface, moving beyond the limitations of site-by-site management.
