This pivot follows data from the 2025 CVS Health Rx Report, which found that 80% of patients prefer face-to-face pharmacy care, and 97% of pharmacy professionals consider in-person interaction vital to health outcomes. The new site joins a diverse portfolio of formats, including store-in-store locations and centers integrated with Oak Street Health, as the company recalibrates its presence across the United States.
