Investors Face November Deadline in AST SpaceMobile Class Action

Shareholders of AST SpaceMobile, Inc. have until November 13, 2026, to file for lead plaintiff status in a pending securities class action. The lawsuit targets the company for allegedly misleading investors about its financial stability during a period marked by repeated billion-dollar debt offerings and sharp stock price declines.

The legal action, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, covers investors who purchased ASTS securities between March 4, 2025, and July 15, 2026. According to the complaint, the company repeatedly assured the market that it was "fully funded" to reach its satellite deployment goals. However, plaintiffs allege these claims were undermined by three consecutive $1.0 billion convertible note offerings, which diluted shareholder value and contradicted prior financial guidance.

The class action highlights a series of significant stock drops linked to these disclosures and negative analyst reports. Notable declines occurred on September 9, 2025, when shares fell 9.47%, and July 16, 2026, when the stock price tumbled by 17.04%. Law firm Levi & Korsinsky, which is representing the class, argues that the company’s capital sufficiency representations and its competitive standing in the direct-to-cellular market were materially misleading. Investors who suffered losses during this window may be eligible to participate in the recovery process regardless of whether they currently hold the stock.
