Maximus Partners Recruits Veteran CFOs to Lead Advisory Practice

Clark joins the firm after a successful engagement leading a large-scale project for a private equity-backed client earlier this year. His career spans nearly 40 years, including CFO tenures at Nutrisystem, Spark Networks, and Synchronoss Technologies, alongside roles as an operating partner at Northmark Strategies. His background in capital markets and investment banking at Citibank and Furman Selz provides a technical foundation for the firm’s growing private equity footprint.

Bulley brings over three decades of financial leadership, with a focus on scaling multinational organizations through complex acquisitions and systems implementations. Previously serving as CFO at Catalyx and ALL4, his background includes tenure at PwC and Comcast. According to Co-CEO Rich Carroll, the appointments align with a strategy to staff the firm with executives who possess direct operating experience to guide clients through periods of transition and growth. Both leaders will report to Carroll, focusing on strengthening the Office of the CFO for the firm's expanding client base.
