For years, insurance agents have struggled with the operational friction of toggling between disparate systems to service different lines of business. By embedding ACA quoting and enrollment into the existing IntegrityCONNECT architecture, the Dallas-based distributor aims to remove these visibility gaps. The platform allows agents to maintain a comprehensive view of their entire book of business, which supports higher retention rates and strengthens the Agent of Record status.
Bryan W. Adams, CEO of Integrity, noted that the move simplifies client engagement across various life stages. The transition is supported by the company’s proprietary AI assistant, Ask Integrity, which provides real-time coverage recommendations and lifecycle reminders. According to Chief Product and Technology Officer Harsh Singla, this consolidation enables agents to shift their focus from manual process management to personalized consumer guidance.
This update is designed to improve persistency within the ACA market by providing agents with the tools to identify coverage opportunities more effectively. By integrating plan management, application, and enrollment into one carrier-agnostic interface, the company is attempting to standardize the user experience for its nationwide network of partners.
