Klapacz joins the organization following a career overseeing federal programs exceeding $100 million and teams of more than 400 personnel. Her background includes leadership roles focused on cloud transformation and technology modernization for agencies such as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Defense Health Agency.
Marybeth Wootton, chairwoman of the board, credited Klapacz with possessing the operational rigor necessary to sustain the company's growth while maintaining its focus on technical excellence. In her new role, Klapacz will lead efforts to integrate delivery and engineering functions. She holds an MBA from the University of Maryland University College and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
