The integration allows users to handle investor onboarding, digital fund subscriptions, and post-trade reporting without leaving the FactSet ecosystem. This shift addresses the fragmented nature of alternative investment management, where participants have historically struggled to reconcile private fund data with public market holdings. By centralizing these workflows, the firms intend to provide a more cohesive experience for the 8,600 global clients currently utilizing FactSet's analytics.
Rafay Farooqui, founder and CEO of SUBSCRIBE, noted that the alliance focuses on rebuilding critical infrastructure for private market fund investments. Currently, SUBSCRIBE supports over $6 trillion in private market assets and manages workflows for more than 55,000 financial advisors. Greg King, Senior Director of Wealth Management at FactSet, added that the move arrives as capital inflows toward alternative investments continue to rise, necessitating better visibility and synthesis of data across total client portfolios.
