The acquired pharmacy generated approximately $5.6 million in sales during 2025 and currently maintains a positive cash flow. By integrating this location into its existing network, NextPlat aims to introduce specialized services, including 340B contract management and long-term care support, to a region where such offerings remain scarce.
CEO David Phipps stated that the company is actively seeking further acquisitions of established community operators to differentiate its business from traditional retail pharmacy chains. The PharmcoRx division now operates five locations across northern, central, and southern Florida, focusing on high-touch prescription delivery and integrated patient coordination. Detailed financial disclosures regarding the transaction will be available in the company’s upcoming filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
