Prime Cuts Jerky Targets Retail Expansion at NACS Show 2026

At the National Association of Convenience Stores Show in Las Vegas this week, Prime Cuts Jerky is positioning its premium brisket and Angus sticks as the vanguard of a "Gas Station Gourmet" trend. The company aims to capture ingredient-conscious shoppers by replacing mass-market fillers with certified Prime beef.

The brand, which will occupy Booth N737 from October 7-9, centers its strategy on the growing demand for clean-label, high-protein snacks. Unlike competitors that utilize imported meat and artificial additives like MSG or nitrates, Prime Cuts sources its supply entirely from U.S. ranches. The product lineup features certified Prime beef brisket and 15-gram protein Angus beef sticks, some of which incorporate artisan cheeses to differentiate the snack experience.

Company leadership asserts that modern consumers prioritize transparency, a shift they claim is driving increased basket sizes for retailers who stock higher-quality alternatives. Beyond the product specs, the brand has leveraged social media engagement through its mascot, "Jerky Joe," to cultivate a national following. Retailers and distributors attending the Las Vegas event are being invited to sample the goods and evaluate how this shift toward premium ingredients can reshape convenience store inventory standards.
