The King of Prussia property, owned and managed by Lindy Communities, has maintained its winning streak from 2023 through 2025 by consistently meeting the association's rigorous standards across all three core operational categories. Spanning 26 acres, the community balances its resort-style amenities—including a saltwater pool, fitness center, and dedicated pet facilities—with a management approach that prioritizes resident-staff relationships.

Brett Goldenhorn, senior vice president of operations at Lindy Communities, attributes the nine first-place finishes over the last three years to the on-site staff. According to management, the facility’s appeal lies in its combination of location and service, with residents citing the responsiveness of the maintenance team as a primary factor in their decision to stay. Community Director Stephen Cicala noted that the coordination required to manage 628 apartments while maintaining a personalized service standard remains the team's central goal.
